Amenities Overview
The Hills at Mainstone is a condominium development in Wayland, MA.
The park-like setting, with amazing quiet and privacy makes The Hills a wonderful retreat. We are a mixture of ages with many empty-nesters living alongside some young families.
Our amenities include a newly remodeled Clubhouse, pool and two tennis courts. Surrounded by acres of conservation land and walking trails, wonderful shopping at our new Town Center, and local meat and vegetables from Mainstone Farm as well as quick access to Boston make us a unique and desirable place to call home.
Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is located at 133 Hillside Drive. In addition to community events, the clubhouse is available to reserve for personal use.
Pool Area
The pool is open 8:00am - 6:00pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Tennis Courts
There are two Tennis Courts available for the enjoyment of homeowners and their guests. Courts can be reserved on the Hills hownerowners' portal site.
Walking Trails
There are trails surrounding the Mainstone area that are available for both pedestrians and horses. Parking can be found on Rice Road, north of the Reservation. Click here to view the trail map.
